I. Purpose and Core Values
This policy reflects the core values of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity upheld by Extrinsic Music Group (“EMG”). In a global entertainment environment where reputation, safety, and brand identity are paramount, EMG adopts this directive to protect all affiliated individuals—particularly artists and staff—from the unauthorized exposure of personal information and unprofessional relationship dynamics.
II. Policy Scope
This policy applies universally to:
EMG Staff (full-time, part-time, and contracted)
EMG Artists (signed and affiliated)
Management and Support Personnel
Interns, trainees, and temporary collaborators
Any third-party individual given access to internal systems or personnel
III. Strict Prohibition on Disclosure of Personal Information
Under no circumstances shall any member of EMG share or transmit private identity-related information belonging to another artist or staff member. This includes—but is not limited to:
- Personal Identifiers:
Legal name, stage name not yet public, aliases
Home or temporary address
Phone numbers, email addresses (personal or work)
- Visual or Digital Content:
Unreleased photographs or videos
Surveillance or candid imagery taken without permission
Screenshots or transcripts of private conversations
- Personal Status or Private Life Details:
Medical, legal, relationship, or family-related matters
Religious or political affiliations
Daily schedules, travel plans, or private meetings
- Recipients: No information may be shared, under any condition, with:
Fans, media outlets, or non-affiliated individuals
Family members of artists or staff
Friends, romantic partners, or external contacts
Online forums, private groups, or encrypted channels
IV. Boundaries of Relationship
To maintain a stable, neutral, and respectful environment:
- Personal Relationships are Prohibited:
Staff may not engage in romantic, intimate, or emotionally involved relationships with artists or trainees.
Friendly or casual interactions must remain appropriate and professional at all times.
Personal favors, gifts, or private meetings are to be avoided unless approved in writing by a supervisor or board member.
- Permissible Relationship Structure:
Only Professional Staff-to-Artist or Staff-to-Staff working relationships are allowed within EMG.
Any deviation is considered a conflict of interest and is grounds for disciplinary action.
V. Disciplinary Measures for Violations
Violations of this policy—whether intentional or negligent—will be met with swift, decisive action, including:

Immediate Termination of employment, contract, or affiliation

Permanent Expulsion ("Kicking from Group"), with the following consequences:
The violator shall be removed from all active and future EMG projects.
Public and private affiliation with EMG shall be revoked.
Official statements may be released to clarify disassociation.
- Legal Action, including:
Breach of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) proceedings
Pursuit of damages for defamation or data privacy violations
Reporting to relevant law enforcement or industry bodies
- Internal Industry Blacklisting through confidential memoranda issued to partner agencies, studios, and production entities.
VI. Confidential Monitoring and Reporting
EMG reserves the right to monitor digital communications, project logs, and social media interactions to identify potential breaches. All internal reports will be handled discreetly through the EMG Privacy & Conduct Ethics Committee, with protection ensured for whistleblowers.
VII. Exception Protocol
No exceptions to this policy shall be honored unless explicitly approved in advance, in writing, by the EMG Executive Board. Any unauthorized or informal consent—verbal or otherwise—shall be considered invalid.
VIII. Acknowledgment and Legal Binding
All individuals subject to this policy must sign the EMG Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Agreement prior to onboarding or project initiation. This policy shall remain binding for the full duration of affiliation with EMG and for a period of five (5) years thereafter.
