Extrinsic Music Group (“EMG”) is committed to transparency and fairness in all financial dealings. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments, refunds, and third-party services associated with EMG.
No Charges for Core Services
EMG does not charge any fees for its core music distribution, promotion, or other standard services. There are no hidden fees, subscription costs, or surprise charges for these core offerings.
Payment Processing
Payments for services such as music distribution or add-ons can be processed in one of two ways:
- Processed by EMG on behalf of the artist or client
- Processed privately by the artist or client directly with third-party providers
In both cases, EMG does not seek or issue refunds for any payments made. The responsibility for payment and refund inquiries lies with the party processing the payment.
Add-On Services and Third-Party Providers
Certain additional services or “add-ons” may be offered upon request, such as promotional packages, playlist pitching, or other specialized services. These add-ons are provided by third-party vendors independent from EMG.
- All payments for add-on services are made directly to the third-party providers or processed through them.
- Refunds for these third-party services are subject to the policies of the respective vendors. EMG does not issue refunds for third-party add-ons under any circumstances.
- Customers are advised to review the terms and conditions of each third-party provider before purchasing add-ons.
Brisvi Music Distribution Payments and Refunds
For artists utilizing Brisvi Music for music distribution, the following applies:
- Distribution fees are payable either through EMG or directly to Brisvi Music by the artist.
- Refunds are only available if a submitted track has not yet been processed for distribution. This means the song has not been sent to stores or scheduled for release.
- Once the track has been processed, distributed to digital stores, or programmed for release, refund requests will be declined.
- It is the responsibility of the artist to verify the status of their distribution request with Brisvi Music before seeking a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for eligible services:
- Contact the relevant third-party provider directly for add-on services.
- For Brisvi Music distribution refunds, contact Brisvi Music’s support team with your distribution details.
- EMG does not handle refund requests directly but can provide guidance or contact information as needed.
Important Notes
- EMG’s role is primarily as a facilitator and partner; payments made for third-party services or distribution are outside EMG’s direct control.
- No refunds will be issued by EMG for any payments processed outside of its direct billing or invoicing.
- We encourage all collaborators, artists, and clients to read and understand third-party service terms before making payments.
