Royalties & Business Registration Requirements
Royalty collection does not require the establishment of a registered business entity. Funds generated from digital streaming platforms are remitted directly to your user account. At present, all disbursements are processed via PayPal, with additional payout methods scheduled for integration in future phases.
Fiscal Responsibility
Beneficiaries are solely responsible for complying with the tax regulations applicable within their jurisdiction. This includes the accurate reporting and declaration of all royalty-based income. We do not provide tax advisory services nor do we assume responsibility for the reporting or remittance of any tax liabilities on your behalf.
Platform-Based Deductions
Please be advised that Digital Service Providers (DSPs) or regional licensing bodies may apply local deductions or regulatory fees prior to royalty delivery. These deductions are enacted at the discretion of the platform and vary based on country-specific legislation. Such reductions are not imposed by us or our Content Provider, and we are unable to influence or reverse them.
Payout Provider Policies
Transfers are subject to the compliance standards and operational thresholds set forth by the payout provider. For example, PayPal may enforce minimum transfer amounts, regional transfer limitations, compliance checks, or currency conversion fees. These are determined solely by the provider, and we hold no authority over such policies.
Final Acknowledgment
All disbursements, associated fees, and obligations arising from the receipt of royalties rest entirely with the account holder. Any dispute, withholding, or payment delay linked to external processors must be resolved directly with those platforms. Should formal mediation or correspondence be required, we are prepared to communicate on your behalf where applicable, in coordination with our Content Provider.
