Royalty Splits Participant Responsibilities & System Process

At Extrinsic Music Group, we provide a royalty splitting system designed to ensure all credited contributors — including labels, artists, producers, and collaborators — are paid fairly and transparently. However, the accuracy of these splits is entirely dependent on the information you provide during the release setup.

◎ How the Splitting System Works

During the distribution setup process, you will:

∿ Invite participants (artists, collaborators, etc.) to the release
∿ Define the percentage split for each individual or entity
∿ Confirm the total allocation equals 100%

Once submitted, our system will automatically track and process royalties as per the assigned percentages. Each participant receives their revenue directly, with no manual handling required on your part.

◎ Automated Reporting & Payouts

Our system ensures:

∿ Automated payment distribution
∿ Full visibility via individual dashboards
∿ Transactional logs and statements for every royalty payout

Each participant has their own login credentials and wallet configuration for managing their income securely and independently.

◎ Critical Advisory

⚠️ Responsibility Statement

Please be formally advised:
If you do not specify royalty splits during setup, or if you omit one or more participants —
no automatic splitting will be performed.

We do not assume liability for missing or inaccurate splits that were not declared prior to release submission.
Once royalties are collected, they will be directed only to the registered account of the main label or distributor by default.

It is the responsibility of the label or release manager to:

∿ Accurately register all participants
∿ Confirm total allocation equals 100%
∿ Resolve post-release changes independently

Royalty disputes, delayed split registrations, or manual payout requests will not be processed retroactively through our system.

We equip you with a system built for precision — but the data you input is the data we honor. Set your splits carefully, verify them twice, and let the system do the rest.
