Release Setup Guide

Extrinsic Music Group provides a streamlined process for setting up and submitting your music release.

Required Files and Assets

To successfully set up a release, log in with your artist credentials and upload all necessary materials via the Extrinsic Music Group Dashboard.

1. Mastered Stereo Audio File

Accepted format: .wav
Bit rate: 16 or 24-bit
Sample rate: 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz

2. Cover Art

Must be a square image (minimum 3000 x 3000 pixels)
Accepted formats: .jpeg or .png

3. Artist Profiles

Specify whether the artist already has a store account or needs one.
Provide the names of collaborators along with their roles (e.g., Featured Artist, Main Artist, Violinist).

4. Metadata

Ensure all necessary metadata is provided during submission, including:

Composer & Producer details
Catalog number (if available)
Release date
Genre & language
UPC & ISRC codes (We can generate these, or you may provide your own.)

How to Submit

Log in to the Extrinsic Music Group Dashboard using your artist credentials.
Navigate to the "Releases" section and start a new release.
Upload your audio file, cover art, and metadata.
Review all details and submit your release for processing.
