Royalty Payout Policy and Reporting Structure

Royalty reporting and distributions are managed on a monthly basis through our licensed Content Provider, who is responsible for processing revenue data, generating statements, and releasing payments to all eligible participants associated with each release.

Payment Cycle and Timeline

Royalty reports and corresponding payouts are made available by the 15th of each calendar month, pending successful delivery of reports from digital streaming platforms (DSPs). Once processed, all linked participants—including labels, artists, and collaborators—will receive their earnings in accordance with the agreed-upon revenue splits.

DSP Reporting Delays

Streaming platforms operate with a standard reporting delay of approximately three months. For example:

  • Royalties issued in March reflect activity and plays from December.

This delay is imposed by DSPs and cannot be influenced or accelerated by our team or platform.

Role of Content Provider

All royalty handling, reporting accuracy, and payout releases are fully managed by our authorized Content Provider. We do not directly handle or manipulate financial data related to DSP transactions.

Disputes & Escalation

In the event of a royalty dispute, payment discrepancy, or data-related issue, we will communicate directly with the Content Provider on your behalf to ensure the matter is addressed professionally and in a timely manner. While we do not process payments internally, we remain committed to supporting and representing your interests throughout the resolution process.
